Folgup sells packages of US followers, likes and views for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook, and it defines each of those words before any money changes hands. You pick a package from the live price table, pay by card through Stripe in US dollars and give one public link or username, never a password. Work starts once the payment is confirmed and the order has been checked; how long it then runs depends on the package and the quantity.
Definitions first: what each package counts
Each package changes one number on one link. Folgup uses these terms the same way on every page:
- Follower: an account that follows a profile. It shows up in the profile's follower count, not on any single post.
- Like: a heart or thumbs-up on one post, Reel, video or Short. A like order applies to that one item.
- View: one play of a video or Reel, counted the way the platform counts it. Views are not watch time, which measures how long people watched in total.
- Refill period: the period after delivery ends during which a drop in the purchased count is topped up at no charge, up to the quantity delivered. Each package shows its own length.
- Not part of follower, like or view packages: comments, saves, shares and figures that appear only in your account insights. Instagram comments and YouTube subscribers are sold as services of their own.
Which link goes with which package
Follower packages take the profile link or the username. Like and view packages take the address of one item, such as a single Reel or TikTok video. One order covers one link, so two accounts or three posts mean separate orders, each with its own number. Until the order is finished, keep the account public and the username unchanged; a private account cannot receive delivery.
An example, worked through
Example: a bakery account posts a Reel of its Thanksgiving pies and wants that Reel to show more plays. The table to open is views, and the link is the Reel's own address, not the profile. If the bakery later wants a higher follower count, that is a second order, placed with the profile link.
What checkout asks for, and what it never asks for
Besides the link, checkout asks for an email address and your first and last name, plus three checkboxes: that you accept the terms and the refund policy, that you want work to start once payment is confirmed, and that you are at least 18 and own or manage the account. It never asks for a password, a login code or access to the account, and a message that does is not from Folgup.
After you pay: the order page, field by field
You get an order number. On the order status page you enter it together with the email from checkout, or you sign in. The page shows:
- Status: Paid, In the queue, Being delivered, Done; or Partly delivered, in which case the part that did not arrive is refunded.
- Starting count: what your link showed when work began, so delivery can be measured against it.
- Delivered so far, and Refill possible until: the last date on which a drop is topped up.
Paying in US dollars
Prices are in US dollars, and the figure on a package is the whole charge: nothing is added at checkout. You pay by card in Stripe's payment form; PayPal and bank transfers are not offered. A card billed in dollars involves no currency conversion. If your card is billed in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a fee under your card agreement; Folgup sees neither. Every package is listed on the prices page.
Refunds, withdrawal and support
Cancel before work starts and the full amount comes back; an order that ends as Partly delivered is refunded for the missing part. Customers in the EU or the EEA also have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, which ends once a service has been fully performed at their express request. The Refund and Refill Policy has the details.
Support answers by WhatsApp and email in English, German and Turkish (German because Folgup's home market is Germany). The about page names the company behind the site. Folgup is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Facebook.
The owner of this shop states that the followers, likes and views in Folgup's US packages come from fully real accounts in the United States.

Why does the order page show a starting count?
It records what your link showed when work began, so delivery can be checked against a fixed point. If the platform's own counter moves for other reasons in the meantime, the starting count still marks where the order began.
What does “US” mean in a package name?
Package names follow the language you order in, and the English pages use the United States, as in US Instagram followers or US TikTok views. Where the accounts come from is covered only by the owner's statement on this page; Folgup adds nothing to it.
