The short answer on Reel views
Reel views are plays, not people, and an order raises the public counter of one Reel or video post. Whether that fits your case depends on what you have in front of you:
- You have a Reel or a video post with its own permanent link: views can be ordered for it.
- You want views on a Story, a live broadcast or a photo: no package exists for those.
- You want to know the cost: every package shows a fixed US dollar amount before checkout.
- You see the count fall after delivery: the refill period covers drops below the level the order reached.
Public view count, plays and Insights
Every Reel has a public view count, and the Reels tab of your profile repeats it on each tile. The order is measured by that number alone, so the terms are defined around it:
- View: a play of the Reel as Instagram records it. The same account can play a Reel several times, and each play may count, which is why views are not people.
- Public view count: the number on the Reel and its tile; this, and nothing in your Insights, is what the order raises.
- Insights: Instagram's own statistics, such as reach, average watch time and interactions, calculated separately and not part of the order.
- Order target: one Reel or video post per order, named by its link.
- US Instagram views: how the packages of this service are titled in English. Questions of origin are left to the owner's statement on the home page.
Testing a Reel link before payment
The simplest test of a Reel link is to open it in a private browser window, where you are not signed in. If the Reel plays, link and visibility are in order. If a login page appears instead, the cause is usually a private account or a restricted audience, and neither can be processed; the same applies to Reels shared only with Close Friends or archived later.
To get the link, use the share icon in the Reel and then “Copy link”. Addresses with /reel/ are accepted, and so are /p/ and /tv/ for older video posts; the form rejects a profile address or a Story link before you can pay.
Three Instagram counters, three orders
Instagram keeps three counters that are easily mixed up. Plays of a Reel are views; hearts on the same Reel are Instagram likes, ordered separately with the identical link; and the total in your profile header belongs to Instagram followers. One order changes one counter only. A side-by-side description of every Instagram service is on the Instagram hub. Views are currently sold as “Standard” and “Premium”.
| Item | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Refill period | 30–365 days | 30–365 days |
| Price for 1,000 | $2.99 | $6.99 |
| Packages | 9 | 10 |
From payment to a finished order
Keep a note of the Reel's view count from before your purchase. Plays from other viewers continue while the order runs, and that note is the only reference for telling the order's share apart later; support can confirm from the order number which quantity is recorded as delivered.
After the card payment, the link is checked and the order scheduled, and your order number opens its status on the tracking page: queued, being delivered, done. Folgup does not quote a total duration.
- Order confirmed with the order number, by e-mail.
- Review and start after payment confirmation; timing depends on the package and quantity.
- Delivery complete and the refill period starts from that date.
Topping up a Reel's view count
Once the order is complete, the level it reached becomes the reference. If the Reel's view count falls below that level during the period shown on the package, Folgup tops it up free of charge, though only up to the quantity bought.
Not covered: Reels you delete or archive, an account that becomes private, a changed username, and orders whose link pointed to the wrong content from the start.
When the withdrawal period begins
For an EU consumer, the statutory withdrawal period for this service begins when the contract is concluded, which is the moment you place the order at checkout. Delivery inside that period needs your express consent, collected at checkout, and once the views are fully delivered on that basis the right lapses. The refund and withdrawal terms set out the details, and the withdrawal form lets you send a declaration directly.
What a Reel views order excludes
- Reach and placement are Instagram's business: Folgup makes no statement about whether the Reel appears in the Reels feed or on Explore.
- Saves, shares in direct messages and new followers are not results the package promises.
- The length of each play is not part of the unit.
- Folgup has no connection with Meta.
