Instagram numbers that are easy to confuse
Each Folgup service changes one public number. These pairs look alike, yet Instagram counts them separately:
- Views and reach. A view is a play of a reel or video post, as Instagram counts it. Accounts reached is a different figure in your insights, and no package changes it.
- Likes and saves. A like is the heart under one photo, carousel or reel. Saves show up only in your insights and are not part of any package.
- Followers and profile visits. Followers are accounts that follow the profile, counted at the top of it. Profile visits exist only in your insights.
- A carousel and its slides. A carousel is one post with one like count, so a likes order covers the whole post rather than a single slide.
Matching the service to the number you care about
Start from where the number appears. The count at the top of the profile is changed by Instagram followers. A number under one post depends on the metric: likes for a post or reel change the heart count, views for a reel or video change the play count, and comments under a post add replies. Every comments package states which kind of comments it contains.
Example: a bookstore posts a back-to-school reel and wants the play count under that reel to rise. The matching service is views, and the link is the reel itself, not the profile. If the store also wants more likes on its reading-list carousel, that is a second order with the carousel's own link.
What the link has to point to
For followers, type the username, with or without the @, or paste the profile link instagram.com/username. A bare username is turned into the full profile link and shown to you before payment, so a typo is visible in time. For likes, views and comments, paste the link of the post itself: in the app, tap the share icon, then Copy link. A post link contains /p/, a reel link /reel/.
The account must stay public while the order runs. With Private account switched on, nobody outside your followers can open the post, and the order stalls. Keep the username and the post unchanged until the status reads Done; an archived or deleted post can no longer be reached.
Paying in US dollars
Every price on Folgup is in US dollars, and the amount on the package is the whole amount: nothing is added at checkout. Card details go into Stripe's payment form and are not stored by Folgup; the card is charged when you confirm the order. If your card runs in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, and your card terms decide whether a foreign transaction fee applies. Folgup accepts credit and debit cards only.
The refill period, defined
The refill period starts when delivery is complete and lasts as long as the package says. If the number you bought drops during that time, Folgup tops it up free of charge, at most back to the delivered amount. It stops covering an order when the account turns private or is deleted, when the post is deleted, when the username changes, or when the link was wrong from the start.
What an Instagram package leaves alone
- Reach, saves, shares and profile visits are outside every package.
- How Instagram ranks or shows a post, on Explore or anywhere else. Folgup makes no statement about it.
- A delivery time. How long an order takes depends on the package and the quantity, so none is given.
- Any link to Instagram or Meta. Folgup is independent, and whether an order fits your plans and Instagram's terms of use is your call.
