Reposts, quotes and likes on X
X shows several counters under each post. Folgup's services touch three numbers in total, and the boundaries are exact:
- A repost shares someone else's post unchanged; X called it a retweet until it renamed the feature. A quote adds your own text and is counted separately, so it is never part of a retweets package.
- Likes are the hearts a post receives. Since mid-2024 only the author can see who liked a post, while the like count itself stays public.
- Followers are accounts that follow the profile, shown next to the number of accounts the profile follows.
Choosing between the three services
The profile count is changed by X followers. For one post there are two options: likes for an X post raise the heart count, and retweets for an X post raise the repost count. Same post, both counters: that is two orders with the same link.
Example: an indie author posts a Black Friday thread about a book sale. Every post in a thread has its own link, so the order goes to the one post whose link you copy, for instance the opening post. The rest of the thread keeps its own counts.
Post links and protected accounts
For followers, type the @name or paste x.com/name. A post link has the form x.com/name/status/ followed by a number; the share icon under the post copies it. Older links that start with twitter.com work too.
Protected posts show a lock next to the account name. Only approved followers can see them, and nobody else can repost them, so protection has to be off when you order and stay off until the status reads Done.
What you pay and when
The amount on the package, in US dollars, is the whole charge. Your card is billed through Stripe once you confirm at checkout, and Folgup does not store the card details. If an order ends as partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded; an order cancelled before work starts is refunded in full.
When the refill period applies
Once delivery is complete, the refill period printed on the package begins. A drop in the purchased count during that period is made up free of charge, up to the amount delivered. Cover ends if the post is deleted, the account becomes protected or the @name changes; a renamed account also breaks the profile link of a followers order.
Outside the scope of an X order
- Impressions, bookmarks, replies and quotes stay as they are.
- How X ranks posts in For you or in search is up to X; Folgup says nothing about it.
- A delivery time. Folgup gives no fixed time for X orders, since it varies with the package and the quantity ordered.
- If X locks or limits the account during delivery, the order cannot continue. It ends as partly delivered, and the rest is refunded.
- Folgup is independent of X and its owner.
