Short answer for Instagram followers

Folgup can add followers to a public Instagram profile, and that is the only number such an order moves. Your posts, their likes and your Reel views are not touched by it. What you need at hand is the correct username, a credit or debit card and a profile that remains public until the order is done. If the follower count later drops below what was delivered, the refill period applies.

Follower, followers list, drop: the definitions

Folgup uses Instagram's own meaning of the word and defines the terms around it just as narrowly:

• Followers list: the list you open by tapping the follower count on your profile. A delivered follower counts from the moment it appears there, and the count goes up by one.
• Follower count: the figure in your profile header, next to your posts and the accounts you follow. It is the only figure the order changes; profile visits, reach, direct messages and reactions to your posts are outside it.
• Order target: one profile. A package cannot be divided between accounts.
• Drop: any follower that leaves the list after delivery, whether the account unfollowed or Instagram removed it.
• Delivered quantity: the number of followers the order added, which is also the ceiling for any later top-up.
• US Instagram followers: the name of these packages in Folgup's English edition. Statements about where the accounts come from are made only in the owner's statement on the home page.

Username, profile link and privacy setting

Start with the privacy setting, since it decides whether the order can run at all. Under Account privacy, “Private account” has to be off; on a private profile, each new follower turns into a request that waits for you, and the delivery stalls.

Then enter the target: the username, such as @yourname, with or without the @, or the profile address instagram.com/yourname. Links to posts or Reels do not belong here, as a follower order is about the account and not about one piece of content. The form validates the format before payment but cannot recognize a typo in a name that looks valid, so check the spelling against your profile and keep the username as it is until the order is done.

Followers or likes: which number you change

The follower count belongs to the account, so it survives whatever you later publish, archive or delete. Hearts are tied to content instead: likes for a single Instagram post attach to the post you link and disappear if it goes, and plays on a Reel are counted by Instagram Reel views. Each figure is a separate order with its own target, and the Instagram page lays this out for all four services. Package types on sale for followers right now: “Standard” and “Premium”.

Order number, status and partial delivery

Note your follower count before you order. Other accounts keep following and unfollowing while delivery runs, so that earlier figure is what lets you see the order's own effect once it is done.

The order number you receive after payment is the key to the order status page, which reports the stages from queued through being delivered to done. Followers come in over the course of the delivery rather than all together, with no deadline attached. If the final status reads partly delivered, the money for the missing followers goes back to you.

1. Order confirmed with the order number, by e-mail.
2. Review and start after payment confirmation; timing depends on the package and quantity.
3. Delivery complete and the refill period starts from that date.

Replacing lost followers: the refill period

The refill period protects the delivered quantity, and nothing beyond it, for the time stated on the package:

• Start: the moment delivery is complete.
• Length: shown on the package before you pay and stored with the order.
• What it covers: unfollows and removed accounts that push the count below the delivered quantity. Folgup replaces that shortfall without charge.
• What ends it: switching the profile to private, a new username, a deactivated or deleted account, or followers you remove yourself.

Canceling or withdrawing a follower order

Two routes exist here, and they work differently. Any buyer can cancel as long as processing has not started, which brings back the full amount. Withdrawal, on the other hand, is a statutory right of consumers in the European Union, Germany included; it ends once the followers are fully delivered if you agreed at checkout that delivery could start early. Exclusions for follower orders

• Folgup does not sign in to Instagram for you and has no access to your account.
• The order says nothing about how many people will see your posts, or about your place in search or on Explore.
• Delivered accounts are not promised to like, comment on or watch anything you publish.
• Instagram and Meta have no connection with Folgup, and whether an order suits your plans and Instagram's terms of use is for you to judge.
