Subscribers in short
The figure that moves is your channel's subscriber count, read in YouTube Studio; the order does not touch the views, likes and comments on your videos. You name the channel by its handle or link and pay a dollar amount by card, and Folgup lists no prices in other currencies. Subscribers lost after completion are replaced during the refill period.
Exact count versus public display
A subscriber is an account that has chosen Subscribe on your channel. YouTube then reports the total in two places, and for an order the difference matters:
- In YouTube Studio: the exact number, visible to you as the owner. This is the figure the order is measured against.
- On the channel page: the public number below the channel name, rounded and shortened once the channel passes a certain size, so it may only change when the next rounding step is reached.
- Not counted as subscribers: views, watch time, comments and likes on your videos, none of which this package changes.
- No region: subscriber packages carry no region in their name, and Folgup makes no statement about where the subscribing accounts are from.
Pointing the order at the right channel
If you manage several channels under one Google account, confirm the target first: open the handle link while signed out and check that the name and channel picture match the channel you mean.
Give the handle, such as @yourchannel, or its address youtube.com/@yourchannel, both visible just below the name on your channel page. A link to one of your videos points at content rather than at the channel, so it does not belong here.
While the order runs, the channel has to stay publicly reachable with at least its channel page, and the handle has to stay unchanged so the link keeps working. A channel that YouTube has restricted or suspended cannot be served, and an order placed for the wrong channel falls outside the refill period.
Channel audience versus video plays
A channel's subscriber count and a video's view count answer different questions: who has signed up for the channel, and how often one video has been played. Subscribers stay with the channel through every upload and deletion, whereas YouTube views belong to the single video whose link you give. Watch time is a third measure again. Changing two of them takes two orders with two links, and the YouTube page defines all three. Subscriber packages come in these types: “Standard” and “Premium”.

Measuring the result in YouTube Studio
Before buying, write down the exact subscriber count from YouTube Studio, since other viewers keep subscribing and unsubscribing while the order runs. After completion, compare against that figure in Studio rather than on the channel page, whose rounded display can hide smaller changes entirely.
In between, the order number keeps you informed on the tracking page, from queued to being delivered to done. Folgup sets no delivery time, as it varies with package and quantity, and refunds any quantity it cannot deliver.

Refill period: replacing lost subscribers
Whether accounts unsubscribe or YouTube removes them, the rule is the same: if the exact Studio count falls below the delivered quantity during the period on the package, Folgup delivers the difference again free of charge. That period was visible before you paid, and it starts at completion.
Deleted or suspended channels, a changed handle and orders that named the wrong channel are excluded from the refill.
Who can withdraw from a subscriber order
The statutory right of withdrawal belongs to consumers in the EU; a business that buys subscribers for its own channel does not have it. Promises a subscriber order does not make
- Watching your new uploads or switching on notifications is up to each subscriber, and Folgup promises neither.
