In brief: likes on a TikTok video
A likes order targets the heart count under one TikTok video and is placed with that video's link, not with your username. You pay a US dollar amount by card, and your bank handles any conversion if your card runs in another currency. Hearts that are taken back after completion are replaced within the refill period.
Video likes and profile Likes
On TikTok a like is a heart, and the terms of this order are built around the heart count of one video:
- Heart count: the number under the video. Each delivered like raises it by one, and it is the figure the order is for.
- Profile Likes: the running total of hearts across all your videos. It rises along with the video's count but is not the order's target.
- Withdrawn heart: a like that an account takes back. The count drops by one, and the refill period covers that loss.
- Separate counters: favorites, shares, comments and plays, none of which a likes order touches.
- US TikTok likes: the label of these packages in English. The owner's statement on the home page is the only place that says more about the accounts.
Who can watch the video, and which link to copy
Check the video's audience before anything else. “Who can watch this video” must be set to “Everyone”; with “Friends” or “Only you”, nobody outside can see the video, and a private account blocks delivery in the same way.
Copy the link from the video on your own profile through Share and “Copy link”, so that it leads to the original. Full links follow the pattern tiktok.com/@username/video/ plus a long number, vm.tiktok.com short links work as well, and the form refuses a profile address. A re-upload of the same clip on another account is a different video with a different link, and only the link entered at checkout counts.
Hearts, plays and followers kept apart
Hearts and plays look related but are counted apart, so a likes order leaves the play count untouched. If the play count should rise too, a second order for views on the same TikTok video uses the identical link. The follower total is different again and belongs to TikTok follower packages. The TikTok hub compares the three services. Types of likes package available: “Standard” and “Premium”.

Checking the hearts after delivery
Judge the outcome by the heart count under the ordered video. The profile total is a poor check, because it also collects hearts your other videos receive at the same time; compare the video's own count with the number you wrote down before buying.
Status updates appear on the order tracking page once the paid order has been checked and scheduled. Hearts come in gradually, Folgup names no deadline for them, and any part that cannot be delivered is refunded.
- Order confirmed with the order number, by e-mail.
- Review and start after payment confirmation; timing depends on the package and quantity.
- Delivery complete and the refill period starts from that date.
Refill period for video hearts
For the length shown on the package before purchase, the refill period watches the heart count of the ordered video. If it drops below the delivered quantity, Folgup adds hearts at no cost until that level is reached again.
Deleting the video, limiting it to “Friends” or “Only you”, making the account private or changing the username ends the refill, because the ordered video can then no longer be reached under its link.
Withdrawal without giving reasons
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within the statutory period without explaining why. The form for withdrawing from a contract takes the declaration directly, and the policy on refunds and withdrawal contains the full notice with the model form. Keep in mind that the right lapses after full delivery when you had asked at checkout for an early start.
Exclusions for TikTok likes
- A likes package does not decide whether the video appears in the For You feed.
- No comments, Duets or Stitches come with the order.
- Folgup never acts through your account: it places nothing there and taps no heart in your name.
- Creator program earnings are outside the order, and Folgup makes no statement about them.
- No pace of delivery is promised.
- Folgup operates independently of TikTok.
