Short answer: TikTok views
A TikTok views order raises the play counter of one public video and changes nothing else on the account. LIVE broadcasts, Stories and drafts cannot be ordered for.
- Before paying, check that the video is visible to everyone and that you have its own link, not your profile address.
- On your card: the dollar amount shown on the package, with nothing added by Folgup; whether your bank charges a fee for a dollar payment depends on your card terms.
- After completion: drops below the delivered level are replaced within the refill period.
Plays, tiles and analytics: the terms
TikTok shows a play count next to a small play icon on every video tile in your profile grid, and that displayed count is what a views package raises. The terms around it:
- View: one play of the video as TikTok registers it. Replays by one viewer can register again, so a view count is not a head count.
- Tile count: the figure on the tile, which TikTok shortens once it gets large, so a smaller rise may not show there.
- Analytics count: the play figure in the video's own analytics, more precise than the tile and the place to read the result.
- Outside the order: average watch time, the share of viewers who watched to the end, and the hearts, comments and followers, which move independently of views.
- US TikTok views: what the packages are called on the English pages. For anything about the origin of the accounts, the owner's statement on the home page is the sole source.
Visibility and the video link
Visibility comes first: the account and the video must be open to everyone, and an audience limit such as an adults-only setting keeps the video from playing for some accounts. Remove such a limit while the order runs, or ask support through the help page before paying whether the video can be processed with it.
Then take the link from the video itself through Share and “Copy link”. Both the long form, tiktok.com/@username/video/ with a numeric ID, and short links on vm.tiktok.com are accepted, while a bare profile link is not. Until the order is done, leave the video online, keep its visibility as it is and do not change the username, because any of these steps can make the link unusable for the order.
Plays versus hearts
Under every TikTok video, plays and hearts are counted separately: a play is recorded when the video runs, a heart only when someone taps it. Ordering one never moves the other. Hearts for the same video come from a TikTok likes order, and the follower count on the account is handled by TikTok followers. The TikTok section lays out all three side by side. Reading the result after delivery
Your order number opens the order on the tracking page, where it moves from queued to being delivered to done. Plays are added in the course of delivery, and Folgup fixes no duration in advance.
Read the result in the video's analytics rather than on the tile, and compare it with the count you noted before buying once the order is done. If the order ends partly completed, the amount for the undelivered views is refunded to the card you paid with.
- Order confirmed with the order number, by e-mail.
- Review and start after payment confirmation; timing depends on the package and quantity.
- Delivery complete and the refill period starts from that date.
Refill and retroactive corrections
If TikTok takes plays off the video after the fact, or the count drops for any other reason, and it falls below the delivered level within the period shown on the package, Folgup tops it up free of charge, never past the quantity bought. For a retroactive correction, send support the order number and the video link.
A refill is ruled out for deleted videos, videos switched to private, private or banned accounts, a new username and a wrong link.
Withdrawing while views are still arriving
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw. If you asked at checkout for delivery to begin within the withdrawal period and then withdraw before the order is complete, you pay only for the views delivered up to that point, and the rest of the price is refunded. After full delivery on that basis, withdrawal is no longer possible. The exact text is in the withdrawal notice.
Outside the scope of TikTok views
- Whether TikTok puts the video in the For You feed, or how far it spreads, is not something Folgup makes statements about.
- Views do not bring hearts, comments or followers with them.
- Earnings from creator programs are outside the order, and Folgup says nothing about them.
